Job Description:
The Life
Sciences Sales Associate will be responsible for all field sales
functions for molecular biology products within an assigned
territory. This position will also be responsible for the
coordination of installation of the systems and continued
non-technical customer service. The Sales Associate needs to be
able to communicate effectively with different customer profiles,
including Ph.D. level scientists, upper level management, purchasing
personnel, as well as laboratory technicians. The candidate must be
able to travel as required.
Life Technologies Business Unit:
Our
company is developing innovative automated systems for DNA template
preparation, and we plan to develop additional novel technologies
for high throughput laboratory automation. Our focus is on
combining our twin strengths in molecular biology and in automation
engineering to create and market new products. DTI is a
stable, profitable company in business for twenty years, and has
extensive experience in automated manufacture of complex products.
Career Development:
You
will also have the opportunity to work with our engineering and
molecular biology teams to
assist in testing new life science equipment and in testing the
chemistries to support their use. Our staff includes Ph.D.
level molecular biologists and experienced mangers to help organize
and channel your work.
Salary
will be commensurate with experience level. Resume should
